Notes
- Allows the construction of S.H.I.V.s; also one of two prerequisites for the Alloy and Hover S.H.I.V.s.
- Required as a prerequisite for the following Foundry projects: S.H.I.V. Laser, S.H.I.V. Plasma, S.H.I.V. Repair, and S.H.I.V. Suppression. Also, MEC Close Combat in XCOM: Enemy Within.
- Once built the S.H.I.V. acts like a soldier. It requires a space in the Barracks and can be sent on missions using one of the squad slots. It can be upgraded to laser or plasma cannons, and is subject to additional Foundry upgrades. The look cannot be customized, and it gains no experience.
