A Fusion Blade is a secondary weapon in XCOM 2. As a sword-type weapon, it is restricted to Rangers.

Description Edit

The Fusion Blade encases a plasma heated metallic core in a microthin magnetic field, enabling devastating melee that are capable of setting enemies aflame.

The final sword, it can deal up to 7 damage, and has a built in critical chance of 20%. It also has a chance to set targets on fire.
