Below is a list of all Foundry projects available in XCOM: Enemy Unknown:
Allows you to accelerate construction of items and facilities at an increased cost.
Reduces the repair time of Interceptors and S.H.I.V. units.
Grants an unlimited supply of Alien Grenades in your weapon storage.
Approximately doubles ammunition capacity for all primary weapons.
Upgrades the Arc Thrower to increase the chance to stun when alien's HP is at 6 or below (up from 3).Medikits to heal 50% more HP per charge (from 4 to 6).
Increases the critical hit percentage of all pistols by 20%.
Increases the accuracy of all pistols by 10%.
Increases the base damage of all pistols by 1.
Adds a 10% critical hit percentage bonus to the S.C.O.P.E.
Allows the construction of the basic S.H.I.V. (Super Heavy Infantry Vehicle). Additional S.H.I.V. upgrade projects can researched after this project is completed and are automatically applied to all current and future S.H.I.V. units.
All S.H.I.V. units are automatically upgraded with Laser Weapons and receive +10 accuracy. The accuracy bonus stacks with S.H.I.V. Plasma.
All S.H.I.V. units are automatically equipped with Plasma Weapons and receive +15 accuracy. This upgrade replaces the S.H.I.V. Laser upgrade, but stacks with its accuracy bonus.
All S.H.I.V. units gain the Suppression ability.
Upgrades Satellites to decrease their vulnerability to UFO attack.
This expansion introduces several new Foundry projects:
Grants all classes two item slots.
Adds 3 extra health to all MEC Troopers and S.H.I.V.s.
Increases mobility for all MECs and S.H.I.V.s.
Upgrades S.H.I.V.s with self-healing and Close Combat Specialist-like abilities.
A damage upgrade for a MEC's Flamethrower.
A damage upgrade for a MEC's Kinetic Strike Module.
